What Does the following Blood Test Result Mean?

My blood results show HB-10.1(11.5-16.0),PCV-32(35-47),MCV-69,(78-96),MCH-22(27-33),RDW-19(11-16),Platelet count-350(150-400),WBC-6.4(4-11),Serum Iron-6.9(9-27),TIBC-77(45-80),%Iron Saturation-9(15-54),Ferritin-24.7(10-130).Liver function,Renal Function,Cardiovascular,diabetec,Urinalysis are all normal.Is this purely iron dificiency ?

The laboratory findings given in your question are suggestive of iron deficiency anemia! Well, since the Ferritin level is with in the normal range, we have to rule out the possible causes of iron deficiency like any chronic inflammation.
To be more precise, it is anemia of mixed origin.
